(‘APTLD’)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the 3rd Annual General Meeting of APTLD will be held at Kyoto Japan on 22nd February 2005 at 9:00am to, inter alia, endorse by way of a majority vote of Members the unopposed nominations of the following Representatives to the Board:

• Yumi OHASHI (.jp) (for a two-year term until 2007 AGM)
• Richard ST. CLAIR (.nu) (for a two-year term until 2007 AGM)
• Peter DENGATE THRUSH (.nz) (for a two-year term until 2007 AGM)
• Ai-chin LU (.tw) (for a two-year term until 2007 AGM)

whereupon the above said Representatives will be deemed to have been duly elected to the Board at the 3rd Annual General Meeting pursuant to Articles 14.6, 14.7 and 21.1 of the Constitution of the APTLD.
