CentralNic, currently one of the most respected Registry Solutions providers in world, today announced that it will be an official sponsor of the forthcoming APTLD 77 conference to be held in Melbourne on the 20th and 21st February.
As a leading ccTLD Registry-focused provider, CentralNic has been working closely with a number of governments in Asia Pacific for many years on a wide array of projects, ranging from technical solutions, and policies creation to ccTLD strategic consultancy projects.

CentralNic currently provides ccTLD solutions for the likes of .LA, .BH and .PW in the region as well as .SK, .DM and .FO on a global basis. The company is the biggest back-end registry services provider for the gTLDs with over 45% of all registrations using CentralNic’s software.

CentralNic’s ccTLD Policy Director, Raedene McGary, will be part of the panel that will be discussing Registration Takedown Policies and Case Studies during the event. “We’ve helped a number of ccTLDs in the region prepare and execute on strategies to grow their registry services in the past year and we are very excited to be able to provide guidance and advice whilst we are in Melbourne.”
The event is taking place with the backdrop of the terrible forest fires that have caused including areas close to Melbourne and its unique wildlife and so CentralNic will be making a donation for the Koala Hospital.
